Total Waiting Queue 100 BUG, This needs to be fixed ASAP!

This is an account bug, i have tried all the aforementioned ways to fix it. I even changed VPN and played at a cafe, that bug just happens all the time. Reset event is currently on and i cannot do any dungeons to level up to test classes. This has been going on FOR 4 DAYS now. A lot of people are having this problem as well, needs to be fix asap.

Bug Description : Nothing out of the ordinary, just queued for dungeon one day and it broke.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Queuing for any dungeon or mission
  2. Total waiting queue 100 appears, waiting for 2 hours won’t get me in either.

This is happening in Orsha too, but did you try to switch channel ? when that happens i just switch channel and it works again, dunno if that gonna work for you too

Same issue on Klaip, changing channels did nothing.

I did switching channel, switching server logging in and back. Also reinstalled and went to a cafe to play it. Still getting that queue bug…sob

Yeah, idk why but every servers have getting issues after the big patch 2 weeks ago, sometimes i just can’t pass through the lodge and the server dced me and back to the server selection again and again and again, so idk maybe next patch they will add some tweaks on the servers… hopefully…

Regarding to the waiting queue 100 issue, currently we are working on it
We have been receiving some user reports for this issue

What about the lodge stuck issue? i already did everything you guys told me in tickets.

Thank you for your response, much appreciated. I just hope the Reset Event can be extended due to this problem.
