TOSSupport = Worst Support?

It’ll take a few years of them not answering tickets to beat Nexon America INC.

They can’t beat my phone-internet company bad support.

I pay to stay on the phone to get someone (there is no email service), then that person doesn’t have the slightest idea of how to resolve my problem but still will make me do all the basic techinal checks.

Then when finaly she failed, she will redirect me to technical services. I wasted 30+ mins on the phone.

But wait! This is only when I’m on my lucky day because sometime they don’t want to pass me the technical service or have to dispatch someone on the field because an idiot unplugged my wifi server, lmao!

So everytime now, when I have a problem with my internet or phone I fear the worst :joy:

ToS doesn’t have the man power to give real support. They can’t even get their servers straight.

Also Blizzard is worse, I have an open ticket since day one making me miss 120€ :wink:
Oh, and then there is MS Xbox. The market team puts up dlc that outright crash on 100% off buyers and wont be fixed cause the game company doestn exist any more.

Gotta love Nexon NA. Reminds me of when I played OGPlanet and got banned because I did those Free Money Offers offered on their website. And when I sent in a complaint about it, several times, they eventually responded months later that they had no record of me being banned and didn’t reverse it.

I have a funny feeling that they aren’t going to unban you and are just doing lip service. Maybe they found evidence of botting / EULA violation or such. 1 week to look into an unban issue is pretty darn long.

well then even find out the problem they should infrom me not keep silent. I haven’t using any third programs even the add-on in game.

The more tickets, the more delayed. The more players with multiple tickets … do the math.

Yeah, it’s been over 2 months so far and it still hasn’t been fixed. I ended up just quitting the game. I just created a 3rd ticket for the hell of it, the first two tickets they asked for more details / screenshots when everything was already included in the tickets (screenshots, details, etc.) then in the second ticket after they replied after over half a month after it was created they asked if my problem was still ongoing and for more details / screenshots again. I replied to them but never heard from them again after that.

But it’s a fraud. You didn’t recieve what IMC advertised through steam and what you paid for.

I think you should contact steam support on that matter.

Maybe. If they give me the same answer they did in the past two tickets I’ll probably do that. I’m not too mad about it though since I already quit the game 2 months ago.

I can’t really say anything bad about the Blizzard support. At least not the German Team. Over my years of playing WoW, I been on the phone with them a few times because of technical problems and they were always nice and resolved my problems within the first call.
Tickets sometimes takes 1 to 2 days until you get an answer, but the GMs were always helpful and solved my problems that way, too.
I once had a problem with a bugged quest boss and at this day, I got an answer from a GM within an hour. He teleported to me (the only time I saw a GM ingame with an actual character), resetted the boss and stayed with me until I had finsihed the quest at the quest giver.

I know I sound like a Blizzard white knight now, but I definately had way worse support experiences.
