Dear IMC first i wanna say this game really nice and I really enjoy the game myself inspire of lagging and bug. But one day i suddenlly Restricted by no Reason. When i asked them why they said the case is under investigation. Ok it’s one week after i sent them my support ticket. So it’s really took less than 5 mins to restrict someone but more than a week to find out the reason ? And they answer my ticket really funny.
They said “submit an email to tossupport@imc.co.kr” this is the same email they have send the reply to me.
provide the following details:
1)Team name
2)Server name
(well have provide the details and in they mail they have it too but i’m still need to provide one more time, but whatever this is not the main point)
After one week how much long i have to wait ?
