ToS won't start after patch arranging 100%

after formatted my pc, ToS client doesn’t open after arranging files 100%, the patch get 100% after 0% and freezes launcher.
i unistalled steam correctly deleting all files and reinstalled the steam, deleted xml files, verify the game on steam, everything and nothing happns
please i need help. (sorry the bad english)

same for me i can play TOS before i reformat my pc and after that reformat TOS client wont start after 100% arranging please help us is it because of drivers or windows update? really need help

Can you test a few things while giving info to see if we can help to fix the problem?

  1. Just in case: Can you try verifying files on Steam to make sure everything’s ok?

  2. When the patcher gets to 100% does it disappear or not?

  3. When the patcher gets to 100% does it the game open and closes or doesn’t open at all? Can you re-open it right away on steam after this? Or it keeps showing “Tree of Savior (Playing)” on steam?
