i understand that equips lose their potential whenever it is traded. But why are items(etc.) and scrolls can only be traded once? What if u want a friend to lend u an equipment and u have to give it back? or what if u bought an item and you have to resell it for some reason?
To prevent reselling… Maybe?
actually is to avoid you passing recepies and materials to a friend and then have them pass it to your alter character and craft item for full potential.
Dunno the point though. I didn’t like the system at all.
Potential is there to remove items from circulation its a good thing for the economy after release, dont lend your friend equipment instead help him make his own. And as for scrolls and things the only thing i can think of is to stop people from monopolizing the market. If youve played lots of mmos im sure you have seen people buy out a item in a ah and set them all back in at a higher price.
