Leaving taxes wasn’t about agreeing with the outrageous pricing, but one thing you have to remember is compromises have to be made at this point to get anything done. You won’t convince people to start from scratch on their market strategy.
Well of all MMORPG i’ve played in my life, and there are a TONS of them, i never seen such nonsenses restriction and huge taxes in auction markets, so… this is done for the sake of IMC’s desire of making money. So i know this game is a business, like all FTP mmorpg, but there are BETTER ways to do that. There are tons of examples on the FTP MMORPG’s…
I can’t agree enough.

Tokens are too expensive, especially for this kind of game. It hasn’t deserved the right to charge that much.
-
Trade system as of April 1st, 2016 does next to nothing to combat RMTs and hurts the social aspect of the game. The market place is a joke. Holding your money for 2 days? Why? 5 listing at most? This economy is going to be rough.

I agree, not much has been done about gold sellers but to be fair, there they may just need more time to implement a solution.
-
I agree with this. Timegates in a F2P game. Okay. Weird.

The difference in hairstyle prices is a joke and anyone who uses the price of a real life haircut to justify this is dreaming.
-
TP prices are a bit too high in general, I agree.

IMC always learns the hard way. The communication has improved, but is still pretty bad.
Learning the hard way might work in some situations. This isn’t one of them.
Learning the hard way how to push away business instead of attracting it might be counter productive to a successful mmo.
So I hope they are paying attention. Learning the hard way means that IMC will be fighting an uphill battle for the longevity of the title.
Players across several posts are trying to help.
If they remain ignored the downward spiral shall continue.
While I don’t agree with some of your arguments, one was particular striking to me.
I really liked the part where you said how token was supposed to be an ‘anti-goldseller/RMT’ feature, but IMC is ironically not doing anything else about them. Many people like @Remiri @CookyKim do argue that it helps against goldsellers and stuff (guys I didn’t single you out to attack you, don’t worry, but I do think this is valid), but look at the state of the game now - hardly any effort at combating the countless bots, goldsellers, spam, hacks and 3rd party programs. It’s shocking.
Not even some attempt at implementing a word filter or a report/flag system. Not even some simple bandaid solutions to ease the pain of the players here. Some of you guys play kTOS too, right? Remember how kTOS had that looooooong list of people who get banned everyday for illicit activities like this? Why isn’t this happening here either. Like wtf seriously.
So, I find it really funny how they claim to be serious in fighting gold sellers - by their wonderful idea of locking trade behind a token - yet put in close to no effort to actually dealing with them and dishing out the banhammer in game.
My 2 cents on dungeons, other than the fact that the laughably few entries are counted universally across all dungeons:
The exp bonus for party searching with random people discourages playing with friends or guildmates, even if it’s way more fun with people you know. It also prevents people from actively looking for party members, which is how you end up befriending people in the first place (e.g. I do a good run with someone, so we add each other to friend list to dungeon again tomorrow). With the party search system, there is absolutely no incentive to get to know anyone, because you will not be dungeoning with them again anyway (and you wouldn’t want to, as you don’t get the exp bonus through normal party mode).
So how can this be addressed?
Firstly, the bonus exp for party search should either be removed, or normal party entry should be given the same bonus, which would let people play with friends without being punished for it, and encourage people to make friends.
Secondly, dungeon exp and rewards should be quest based so that you can enter an unlimited number of times. Exp and boxes will distributed through a daily quest, which means that once you’ve reached your daily limit, you will gain nothing from dungeoning more anyway. This method however, will allow you to help friends and guildmates even after you’ve reached your own limit, which I think is pretty essential for a social game.
Bump for Truth
IMC stop killing your game and make these changes
This. Because reasons.

I actually really like this idea. I think it maintains the company’s firm hold on the insane amount of EXP offered through dungeons but also allows players to play the dungeons over and over.
Sometimes I just want to run dungeons, you know? Isolated with my friends, taking on challenges that aren’t being absorbed by 50k other players.
This systems does work, in a way WoW does something similar to this. Everyday you get extra rewards for your first dungeons, after is a reduce reward of only gold. In the case of this game, they could say: you have 5 runs that allow you to do the quest for exp and after that is just to help friends or random players(just to be nice).
