I wish to write a letter of praise to your franchise: Tree of Savior. I have played RO when I was only 13 years old back in 2003 and fell in-love with that game. To this very day; nothing in the Ragnarok franchise has ever came close to the joy the original RO brought to the table.
Skip ahead a few years to find that Kim H. and his crew left Gravity for other gaming pursuits. I then discovered he had created the Spiritual Successor to Ragnarok Online with IMC Games called Tree of Savior.
Although the game has severe class balancing issues to this day; I have sunk a few hundred USD($) towards the game, played over 1000 hours, and I am still active in my guild concluding that I LOVE Tree of Savior! It is what I wanted to see happen to RO. The gameplay is very fun, lots of unique/awesome classes, I thoroughly enjoy the old-school farming, the artwork is beautiful/endearing, cool cutscenes, story is interesting, and the soundtrack is phenomenal! I have tried all Diablos, WoW, GW2, RO2, Dragon Nest, Black Desert Online, and even Emil Chronicle… Tree of Savior is my favorite of all these MMORPGs and probably my favorite game in general.
I am writing to ask; if there is any news on the horizon for the Global/US release of Tree of Savior M? The game has been released for years in S. Korea, I am tired of all the bubbly/chibi Auto-Ragnarok titles for mobile, and now a Chinese company has taken ToS assets and created ToS Neverland. This game does not feel like ToS- instead like Ragnarok Origin. It is also very feminine in design nature and looks like the game was made for a young child. I want the ToS PC action, art, and BGM as close to the PC version we can get (even with some Autoplay included). This Neverland game on the horizon has me worried that is all the West may end up getting…
Sorry for taking your time to write these praises to you, IMC. I know that your PC title has mixed reviews here in the west… and I cannot speak for everyone else. From what it seems; most complaints stem from monetization choices. However, I would personally be heavily active in ToS M with the lack of any other mobile title out that I would currently want to play. I appreciate your works and dedication.
Best Regards
