ToS Have a System to Record?

Hey Guys… ToS have a system to Record the game? or i need a program like Fraps/Bandicam.
if ToS have it… How do I use it?

Press ‘F12’ to start/end the recording. The video will be placed inside ToS’ released folder ( named as avicapture )
