Tos.exe has stopped responding

Bug Description : Clicked on tree of savior game on steam and the patcher starts. Once it reaches 100% the TOS.exe stopped responding and it automatically closes the game.

The issue has been fixed after sending a ticket. They told me to :

Kindly try to delete the ‘user.xml’ and ‘user_c.xml’ files in the Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release folder and try to relaunch Tree of Savior from Steam.
Also, please try deleting the tempfiles that can be found here Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release.

If anyone has the same problem I had this is the solution!
