This forums has issues with uploading images…
It’s when another player right clicks you and presses “Like”. It’s like favour, thumbs-up, honour etc. on other games.
I believe those system messages occur when a player ‘Likes’ another player. If you right click on someone and select ‘View’ you will be able to see how many ‘Likes’ a player has, and you will have the option to ‘Like’ that player. In this case the player named Touhou_Project liked you.
If you look at your Character Info it should show you have at least 1 Like now. (See red circle below)
