I’m a casual player here, but I must say there are and have been many screw ups that I have seen over the past months.
The developer response time from IMC is way too slow, there is no provided service of perhaps 24hrs when the game goes global. I quit Blade N Soul to play ToS but if I were to compare both the response time of the developers, I must say BnS is much better.
Many complains on SA server not able to connect, and that SEA Varena cant be connected due to Teslai restriction for new players (what the hell right? I know how you guys feel too)
I hope the IMC team can do something about these screw ups. if it is not easy maintaining the no. of gamers with your small team, you should hire more people to get things solved before your game dies.
