Help me chose I have 2 optional builds in mind. I just don’t know which one to go with, I like the idea of both of them. Any input on dragoon vs monk?

It seems really strong. I don’t know if it got nerfed since the korean OBT.
Play both? I have both a 5x ranger and 5x barb and I enjoy going between those two characters on a daily basis.
Wait what? A 5x ranger? thought it only went up to 3 of a kind. Or maybe I am missing something. P.S. I might end up leveling dragoon solo play vs monk in my party. Have a few friends that play so it seems i might get monk before dragoon.
He means level 50-something on both.
