Just logged in after the January 03, 2017 maintenance. Already have TP before the maintenance.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Just buy a new Token in the TP manager (ALL TOWN) after my old 30-days Token already expired.

2. Error says : You may purchase the next Token in 12/03/16 11:39:22

3. Year today is already 2017.
