Those who still got VGA Errors after Emergency Maintenance check your release.revision
Open it (it’s default program is notepad) if it’s not “175015” change it to “175015” then after restart your computer or laptop
Then try opening TOS again 
that’s what my guildmates did and it worked hope it work to all.
