Your premise is that TOS needs to be adjusted because you want it to be to your likings, where in fact over the counter console games dont received any updates but still acquired the approval of their fans, they adjusted to the rules of the game or if they if dont like they leave. You on the other hand is pushing your subjective “better” for those people who adjusted to the rules of TOS and playing the game for fun.

a few of you miss the point that THIS is the game… the CURRENT setup is the game you are playing… the game you know will be your experience… you wish and cry for better, and all the while the GAME is beating you… reverse that and BEAT IT… sure it will progress, sure it will update… but you need to overcome its CURRENT version. because thats the version you are playing. no unluckycat… a game doenst have to be fun to play it… i know handfuls of games that i dont think are fun and yet ive played… they dont change… texas holdem doesnt change… i dont find it fun… i get no rush from it… but i smoke weed and play it with my friends regardless.
the first time i played magic was a few months ago… i skipped it… being asked to play it for 15+ years… i always skipped it… then finally a few months ago i played it with a bunch of round table nerds during a little husband wife get together… her friend… i was just meeting their friends… games simplistic and yet 70,000+ cards can make it crazy right? i had 0 fun in it… i wasnt enjoying my experience in magic, still understood it, and knew what it would take to master it… passed on it… you can pass here if you dont want to master this game… crying about trade/banking isnt going to help you here.
What exactly are you going to master about restrictive trading behind paywalls, one-slot team storage, and a lack of currency trading to your alts?
These are not part of game design.
They’re marketing decisions to try and thwart botting and RWT.
They don’t work which means they’re just restrictions that hurt the experience for legitimate players.

there is nothing to cry about… try and imagine my shoes… here i am asking/telling kids to stop crying about it… i dont cry about it… i accept it as it is because it doesnt bother me… sure its not as nice and accessible as other games before it… but that right there literally can be said about thousands of things or designs in thousands of other products throughout existence… all i ask is that you just master what is thrown at you… what you ask for is standard mens basketball in this basketball game imc created… they increased the size of the ball by 1/2 an inch in diameter and its throwing off your shot… instead of learning how to fit the now biggger ball into the hole, you are playing and bitching the whole time asking for the normal mens ball. sure your complaint makes sense… but its not needed… imc changed the game… imc made a 5 point line… imc pushed back the 3 point line… imc made a 2 second rule in the paint… they changed the rules of THIS GAME for THIS GAME… that is all… your asking for things to be standard… because its standard in other games.
