To the EU players who have opened Early Access Pack already

I recently sent a support ticket in asking to be transfered to the Fedimian server instead of Orsha as Fedimiam was made several hours after I opened my access pack on Orsha for all the TP, Companion etc etc.

I get this as a reply : Hello Savior!

Thank you very much for your interest for playing Tree of Savior and buying the Founder’s Pack. We understand that you want to transfer your character to a different server. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that character transfer is not possible. We can only advise that you make a new character on your specified server.

If you have any more concern, feel free to contact us again!

Now I am sorry but do you expect me to start again on the EU server knowing that the package I paid for wont be transferred over, I can take restarting but all the bonuses that I paid for (£30) worth wont mean squat on Fedimian as I claimed the mail on Orsha… Some actual help would be really appreciated and ignore my spelling mistakes, I’m not here to get an A* in my spelling :wink:

New announcement clearly states everyone will get a one off free transfer when the server physically moves to the EU.

Misinformed or not, expecting me to start again losing all my bonuses just isn’t right. Like I said I can take starting again as that doesn’t bother me, the issue is literally the fact that the package I paid for won’t have any effect if I start again on Fedimian

They told you to tell them your other concerns, it’s a free support those are usually fast to jump to fast conclusions, just nail them down ask why your characters can’t get transferred, OR YOU KNOW you could just wait like any other player since transferring right now doesn’t change your situation since its still hosted on the east coast and will be transferred to the EU in may! When this will be done everyone will be able to transfer so just chill or fight harder and fairer not this way going into the forum and open another shitpost about you raising your pitchfork because life is so unfair to you.

Announcement said that AFTER Beta we can transfer to the EU server. The ping is going to be the same, just play the game and transfer later.

Just wait for your free transfer after all the new server isn’t actually an EU server yet as it’s still based on the East Coast so nothing will change.

Continue to play until the server is in the EU and your free transfer is available.

I’m not entirely raising my pitch fork it’s more of a warning for other EU players so they know what to expect if they send a ticket in like I did.
If I was flaming or making a pitch fork post I’d be saying some pretty cruel things :stuck_out_tongue:

I dont think they have the resource to perform the transfer for now so better be patience and wait. We from SEA are in an even worse position :frowning:

PS: the whole thing is a shame, badly informed, badly planned, badly executed (despite many ppl voiced their concern and demand for regional EU and SEA, everyone prettymuch saw this coming except the actual people working on this game)

because saying cruel things always raises your legitimacy well thanks for the heads up now everyone knows that there is no use troubeling the support about something that we will be able to do later. I might have mistaken you, so sorry if I was a little harsh the forum is putting me on tilt today big time.

No harm done, not here to start flame wars anyway. Just a little salty. Game dc’ed me after lagging talking to an npc for 5 minutes, threw me into a 1k cue which took 40 minutes-ish?

Mhm when you have trouble talking to npcs try to change the channels that helped for me and for the love of god dont press change characters since if they have brought up the smallest patch it will dc you, I did that and I’m currently in queue waiting to get back in. Also if you get dc’d just press enter once and wait even if it looks like nothing is happenening your request is beeing worked on. :slight_smile:

Not tried the channel trick thanks for that but after the NPC lag-fest it literally just broke my game, not only that but the servers have some issue with traffic so getting to character select could take me 5 maybe 10 minutes just to enter Orsha at times.
