To people who are talking about archer being a bot

People who are talking about bot, pls play archer next beta if they keep last exp rate.
As a archer in early game, it kinda a nightmare for us with low SP, high SP cost, no AOE, and low damage compare with swordman or others classes.
That is the best option for us to grindding, we can’t spam our skill, that will cost too much money on SP pots.
We can’t spam our attack key, cuz it have lower damage than while you use kneel shot.
We don’t really want to be a bot, using some kind of macro and then just AFK, we want to grind with you guys too, but how can we effort the SP, since we don’t have any good AOE skill. We just had Oblique shot for Archer C2 and Barrage for Ranger. We can’t use Multi-shot then cuz we need to charge before using it, and after we finish our charge, monster could hit us and we need to charge again, and it’s a AOE skill tho.
Pls, let give it a try and understand why are we doing that…

Edited: Ok, my post kinda confuse u guys now since my english wasn’t good enough.

  1. I don’t AFK for lvling, which u guys can see on my youtube channel.
  2. I don’t deffending on AFK
  3. I did join parties to grind, but last time i remember someone was say no to archer.
  4. If there is a possible way, i hope IMC can rescale archer like @SixPool just said.

If you think archer is weak, ask for class balance, not botting.

This is an extremely poor excuse for botting. I played archer and had no problem killing stuff and leveling.

Archer not weak at all, they can’t buff archer cuz archer really strong in end-game.
And lets me said 1 more time, some players maybe botting for real, but almost just bind attack key and watching.
That is not a bot at all.
I can understand for a anti-botting system, but i can’t understand why people wanna rework our basic attack.
At least, like i said, give it a try with archer, and u will know what i’m talking about.

oh. i think its fine to kneel and hold the Z key. doesn’t matter for me as long as you are not programmed to do so.
i played archer too, i know how hard it is. ranger sucks. i will go for archer c2 instead.

In kcbt i played archer and didnt waste 1 point on kneeling shot. You can do it no problem without it. At ranger 1 tou go barrage and the other shot (cant remember well) and you can kill mobs. The only problem is the quantity of ppl per grind zone, and that has nothing to do with using or not kneeling shot.

Yeah, i just don’t know why people asking for Archer basic attack rework and others stuff.

I can use Oblique Shot for grindding, but i can hit 2 monster at 1 time, 1 skill need about 14-15 SP if i remember.
It will about the whole SP bar too kill 10-20 monster.
Using a pots can’t catch up with my SP which being used.

Dunno what skills you got but ranger 1 with barrage/multishot/something linear shot do a lot.

My class is bad, so I’m botting instead of rolling a different character.

pls, read my post carefully. You should try that method in previous iCBT.
With higher exp rate, i have no complain with archer, but with current exp rate (which is ok, i don’t complain about low exp rate) we can’t use barrage for lvling, will cost a ton of SP.
And i gonna play Archer c3 -> Scout - Fletcher.

Party play is integral to this sort of game; were you in a group in the last CBT?
I’ve learned that parties generally do nothing but good for players trying to grind.

That aside, why on earth would you defend botting at all? Are you admitting to have done so yourself?

I played wizard during the test. My skills have an average of 30 sp per use I can kill at most 3 enemies or mobs before having to sit. I think you’re fine.

Use sp pots. That is what they are there for.

Oh jeez, many party didn’t want archer in their party.
I got lvl 65 in CBT, which cost a lot effort there, no AFK or being a bot at all. U can check my youtube stream.

Did u read again? I said, SP pots can’t catch up my SP which being used by skills.

Letting a weight press the key for you, allowing you to go afk and earn experience is the same as
letting a program press the key for you, allowing you to go afk and earn experience.

Both is an unfair advantage over a player that just plays the game. If I see people (no matter the class) just dully pressing the attack key even without any targets around for hours, then they will be reported. It’s as simple as that.

And for the record, I played archer myself. Yes, the high stab resistance hurts at the start. Then you get to mobs that are weak to it and suddenly you’re tearing through enemies like butter through a knife. Have a party with someone that has blunt/slash types attacks and you’ll be fine.

I tried reading your post like 6 times but your poor English is too confusing. Learn to play the class and use autos with spells then.
