TO IMC Staff || BOT Users will retaliate

Well you gotta wait till support responds man. Maybe you can accelerate the process by whining here, idk, seems like most people believe that.

But you gotta wait till support responds, and typically they dont tell you why you were banned, if you were; thats pretty much industry standard. (the reason is the ToS (terms of service) reserves them the right to do what they want to your account)
I sometimes logged in for her to do missions for her and she did the same for me
That is account sharing btw, but I havent read any rules on that in this game, so I think you’re fine on that part; but I wouldnt go saying that in public. (At least how you put it)

lol. Who are these “actual players” you’re referring to? Just because you also play the game when you aren’t busy exploiting it doesn’t make you any less of a problem to the real “actual players”.

And they did. Now they finally get to accept some consequences for it.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

i agree, thats why we need to ban everyone who breaks terms of service

steam reviews

to summarize:

bots are mostly subscription based for tos
people have money to spend on imc
imc gets more money = more work being done in the long run
imc gets less money = less work will be done in the long run
people choose to spend money on bot devs instead

thats just one of many problems that imc is not smart enough to address properly

And it just so turns out that banning real people who decided to bot will indeed make the game better.

well, player bots that is.

I think you are missing the point of what @Avidity is saying entirely.

They are expressing that while it is bad to bot, and anyone would be silly to think otherwise, people are having to resort to that because anything of value on the economy has been murdered price wise by 24/7 bots, and all the decent areas people know about to farm for silver, namely Demon Prison and Dina Bee are overpopulated by AFK farming Necro/Sorc.

Honestly myself, I feel very left out with how optimization is, especially when my game crashes on 1/3rd of world bosses I go to, all the decent farming spots are infesting for items and decent silver per hour. I’m starting to feel very irrelevant even when I play a decent amount of hours per day efficiently.

Going back to @Avidity’s point, there are underlying issues where people feel like they have to support bot developers to progress in the game other than investing in IMC because they enjoy the product. Less people playing means less potential for IMC to make money.

i have to agree with that.
i mean there will be players who would try their luck for the 2nd time
and some would repent becos of their first time offence.

30 day temp ban is a good thing,
high chance these account would be on a check list of being check on for re-offense
since we can see that 3k+ 2nd offenders got perm ban finally.

|good job IMC for wat u have done~

They should do it overwatch style, ban their credit cards and hardware ID. If they wanna second chance fine, buy a new computer

hmmm this would be almost like a perm ban lol.
not very nice though.
considering if u are gonna get a new pc just to play back this game.
i rather just dont lol

While I agree everyone deserves a second chance…

IMC Games reserves the right to ban any user from the Game without refund or compensation.
IMC Games reserves the right to change the prices of items in the Game, fees or billing methods at any time.

IMC Games may find it necessary on occasion to make changes to the Game in order to maintain Game balance and enhance playability or performance for its players.

The moment you do something obviously against the game’s rules with malicious intent (like what those mofos did), you’ve immediately exempted yourself of that second chance and cannot blame the game/company for doing what they have to do.

Chiming in to say that I have every addon from the addon manager installed, and I was not banned. I even have the addon that makes opening the MP/repair/shop from anywhere possible, but I do not use it, and never will.

Anyone who got banned was banned fairly, imho.
Get out of here botters/cheaters, we don’t want you around.

Dont know where you got that from. I think he/she was saying they had to resort to it because they have a job and dont have time to farm. Which is a really dumb excuse. All botters should be banned

AFK farming with a pet is just as bad as botting, but according to him/her that should be ok too since they just dont have time to actually play the game.

Feel like they have to support bot developers? why the hell would anyone think they have to do that? This statement is almost as bad as the one you are defending .Just lazy people who dont want to actually play the game for stuff and wants advantage over normal players buy from them.

You guys are ridiculous.

so they want to open ticket and play victim?

so they don’t IP ban??? :frowning: well I suggest they do.

I agree of AFK farming, I actually loathe the fact IMC has said it flies free.

Realize to bot, you have to typically buy a bot program. Therefore you support the developers of said bots by botting. It’s that simple. It’s not the fact they necessarily think that statement. It is the fact THEY ARE supporting the developers of whatever bots are out there. And that could be money supporting the game instead, IMC instead.

What business is winning?

They never said accounts botting shouldn’t be banned. They stated the issue is that people would rather bot instead of playing because the game has severe issues when it comes to gaining any sort of funding for your character in decent amounts. Anyone over 240 understands the immense need of silver that is needed.

C’mon now. The guy is trying to justify botting by saying that players “have jobs and do not have time to farm.”

F***, why should I ever farm manually when I can just automate it, right? Because I believe it to be unfair to all the legitimate players who work hard to get their silver.

It’s not me who’s missing the point, it’s you who’s reading too deeply.

You dense? They aren’t justifying it. They are giving reason to action. They never once said botting should be allowed.

When all the farm spots are taken by AFK farmers, and you can’t do World Bosses because of optimization issues. There is no reason for them to play the game if they are trying to progress an endgame character except praying for lucky cubes. If a person actually wants to progress in any sort of timely manner, they can easily resort to botting to gain progress.

The only reasonable nerf would be to remove silver gains from mobs to fix the current botting issue amongst AFK players. It would also impact gold sellers immensely. If they changed the silver gains from grinding to dungeons and things that require some form of skill and cognitive thoughts to react to danger, maybe they could fix the problem. That’s one of various solutions.

Once again. Neither I nor @Avidity ever said botting is okay and should be allowed. We aren’t justifying their actions. We are simply stating the facts of why they are and saying IMC needs to fix issues within their own system.
