Post this somewhere else… posting ur problems in general won’t get u anywhere honestly… and 2 days…3 tickets… wow…no wonder they are having a hard time answer other support tickets

With the ongoing issues and bugs and massive flooding of tickets… yours prob gonna take a long while… i pray u get ur problem fixed

I sent them a ticket 2 weeks ago and still no reply while I got an instant reply with blizzards support.
I have given up waiting for their reply at this point
You do have to look at it this way instead of comparing them with blizzard… its their first time they are managing an international release as both devs and publishers…
blizzard is a company which has been …here since ages… in the mmo industry… and they have a vast majority of experience and manpower unlike IMC… so you do have to take note of that…
blizzard had their own major f ups ass well… take the recent mess diablo3 for example. Aunction Houses.Fans addressing their concerns were told by Jay wilson…whom told the community literally to f off
and the start of their MMORPG WoW wasnt really smooth especially their following expansions =p
im just gonna play overwatch till everything settles down though=p
