Did you guys got Letitia Cube compensation? Because I didn’t get anything except maintenance compensation.
I did not receive it. Besides, I’m sure some gm said he would guarantee that anyone who was blocked until after 6th of June would receive the following compensation:
- 20 EXP Tomes (14 Days)
- 4 Instance Dungeon Reset Vouchers
- 40 Fortune Cookies
- 15 Instance dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days)
- 6 Instance dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days)
- 42 hour Token time extension
I just got the tomes.

Same here. Didn’t get any cubes and I don’t even think I got the tokens, just the reset vouchers, multiply tokens, and exp tomes.
I’m pretty sure they said that compensation was for players who did not trade/sell the items. The people with restricted access to the game would not recieve that compensation, however they would be compensated for their down time, which I assume is a bunch of vouchers and multiply tokens

[NOTE] Players whose accounts are considered to have abused the issue will NOT be receiving compensation.
Only players considered abused. People got blocked and release on first batch still got the compensation.
So there definitely something wrong here.
Bug abuse is not on the terms of use?
This was supose to turn into a ban.
They block for investigation. Some people didn’t abuse the bug still got block because they got item accidentally while playing. If it’s a ban, they would have banned 1.6k players including innocent people.
If there’s no Staff reply and nothing till tmr, I guess i have to send a ticket for questions.
But they are saying that the ones who abuse the bug, are just not getting compensation.
Like “ok, you are free to abuse a bug again.”
They were referring to the compensation that comes to leticia cube
There is an announcement that says your compensation will come at a later date once they fully finish reviewing accounts.

I know this, I was talking about the compensation of day 6 that they said they would extend to who was blocked because of the investigations
I was released on monday and still didn’t get it, my friend who was also released on monday did got it tho, and I don’t have the market/trade restrictions, so I dunno what’s going on, I even sent tickets.
I dont have market/restrictions too, but my ticket was answered:
