Is it possible to have a live twitch stream on 9 August, or is there an NDA forbidding it?
It could be interesting to see the game live and even have a live discussion with player, maybe a real-time interactive play-test by the international community.

At the moment, I have no clue but since the previous CBTs forbid streaming, I wouldn’t risk trying to stream this one.
Players can upload on Youtube as they did with previous CBT
It won’t likely happen IMO. Players can basically do that by themselves and IMCGames has more troubling important works to attend to.

I’ve been planing to stream it, but i need to check if its under NDA or not.
If its all cool, i’m going to engage the community, answer questions, show things working and help the current theorycrafting community as much as i can.
The last CBT’s had a NDA for twitch, and the very few twitch streamers that did stream ToS were told off.
However, YouTube streaming is a thing. I suggest looking into YouTube streaming for ToS, it’s what I plan to do.
