in pvp all char will become 200 level for standard, although you are 300lv.

The point of unused skill points is to show those remaining points can be put into whatever you want as long as you get the essentials which I listed

half as many skills as doppels have, and you can choose the skills you prefer

its basically - break defense - strike debuff - use any skill you want

montano for stuns in pvp
shield charge to knockdown clerics out of safety zone

and other such nonsense

Hi, I’d like to build a pure PVE Peltasta 3, Rodelero 3, Murmillo. I saw your build and I have a few questions. Is guardian really that effective, now? Also, how much more damage does Shield Push do when compared to Targe Smash?

I added points to Shield Push and Guardian since you recommended it. I placed points on on Montanto and Shield Shoving for their debuffs but I am unsure if they affect mobs or bosses (or are useful in PVE in general). If they are not useful in PVE, I’ll remove those points and add them to Targe Smash.

For block pen you gotta rock that catacombs blade, glass bracelets, and solmiki plate gaunts with a block pen gem.

+15 cata blade has a similar output to +10 pierene.

55% defense is literally amazing, no reason not to max it

targe smash does less damage than shield push but has 3 overheat, however once youre murmillo and have a solid rotation, you need to focus on burst skills. burst dps is what murmillo specializes in. shield push is priority, put any extra stat points into targe smash (you will have some extra left over, i think i posted my build somewhere in this thread)

keep in mind a maxed shield push does as much damage as a maxed shield bash (bash has 2X overheat compared to 1X, and is faster than a normal attack, both of these skills has had their damage increased dramatically after combat update)

i consider these 2 skills priority, again focus on burst damage. targe smash is slow and “ok” damage, but you wont be using it when youre a murmillo and have 6-8 other skills which need to be used first

build looks fine, high guard or guardian is a tough choice.

get frenzied slash lv1 for bossing, you may fight a world boss and fall under a trapping skill and need a way to jump out of it (i love using it when fighting the 290 boss that jumps around constantly)

montano and shield shoving is a pvp skill only

cata blade is good but its just too low damage for my full con build, i need a weapons damage to carry me and justify me having 150k hp

glass bracelets ive been considering, but i already use rhevisan + elemental dance (depending on opponent) and im definitely open to more options but im gonna hold out and wait until the hethran badge lv3 equips come out until i finally decide on what rings to get

solmiki is ok, i personally loathe all ET gear because theyre only 1 socket, such a dumb choice by imc, i currently use virtov plate gauntlets for block penetration, and swift oghma gauntlets for accuracy / dps

( i need more block penet and the only choice i see is just getting more yellow gems, havnt found any specific equips that pop out and demand me to buy for now, although i do need block penet badly)
