Good evening guys. I’ll be posting this message on both languages as I feel it is an important matter, and I’d like everyone to be able to see it.
I don’t know how this applies to other countries. In Brazil, some of us are used to private proxy tunneling services in order to improve the connection we have with the game servers. In many locations we lack even decent internet services so the proxies are a viable alternative. However, as I was checking the forums searching for people who were, like me, also unjustified reported as bots, I found out that they all used some of these services.
These are companies like SemLag, WTFast, Faster Tunnel, etc. (not necessarily only these)
These services are common and completely legal, but it seems the ToS systems are somehow taking them for bots or illegal programs.
Therefore, I warn you not to make use of such services until further notice or an official post from the devs.
Many, like me, are frustrated and not being able to log into the game, and though I am sure IMC will fix this ASAP, do yourself a favor and avoid headaches for now.

Olá pessoas. Vou resumir o que escrevi acima em português.
Sei que muitos de nós estão acostumados com serviços de proxy tunneling somo SemLag, WTFast, FasterTunnel, etc. Porém, na última leva de banimentos, muitos foram injustamente acusados como bots. Conversando com as pessoas, especialmente no Brasil, que estão comigo nessa situação, vi que todos utilizavam serviços de proxy.
Dessa maneira, venho alertar para não utilizarem tais serviços até que um anúncio oficial seja feito. Embora tenha certeza que a IMC irá tratar de todas as contas que se encaixam nisso, evitem dores de cabeça desnecessárias por enquanto.
