Hello, I would like to take a close look at Scout C3 and discuss ways to improve it for PvE. Because Split Arrow is now subject to overheat, I propose a buff to the rest of the Scout kit.
Lets Begin:

Camouflage: Enable the use of all Scout skills while inside the barrel. Decrease the cooldown.

Flu Flu: Decrease cooldown.

Flare Shot: Increase radius (3x or 4x). Decrease cooldown.

Cloaking: OK.

Perspective Distortion: Change it to a non-channeling attack buff.

Scan: Increase radius. Increase confusion chance and confusion duration.
Other fun ideas for the support Scout class include:

A new attribute that dispenses a supply crate to recover HP/SP.

Split Shot is a buff that turns autoattacks into Split Shot.
-
Scout abilities are now compatible with Muskets.
