Title black hair is bugged, the title of the requirement is complete but you do not get black hair.
Also have same problem here. Achievement unlock ‘Basic’ instead of ‘Black’.
There’s some people who can get it to work while some who stuck with basic instead. Not sure what cause it but hopefully all thread report below about this issue can help confirm that it’s really a bug and need some check/fix.
