Anyone getting the character screen instead the server list screen?

If you have on-board GPU that may be the problem, post your system spec here so we can try help.
If Nvidia, go on Nvidia CP and in Manage 3D settings, change Favorite Graphical Processor from Automatic to Nvidia GPU you got there.
is it normal not to see servers yet? as in having a blank half blurry window like the OP?

Yes. The servers will be available just 2am
Yes servers aren’t available until the game launches for founder access in around 8 hour 14 minutes time.
