No one wants them to reply to every topic and no one is suggesting that they do so since we have brains and do understand this would be a waste of time, money (time is money) and resources. But they hardly reply to any (if any) at the moment.
One post here and there does not take more than a few seconds (itâs taken me about 10 seconds to write this one) which I would say has more benefits than costs for them.

Thereâs a good reason to not replying to every single comment/post/reaction/etc. Itâs great if a company communicates with their base, but itâs a bad idea to wear your heart on your sleeve. The apparent reaction of them fixing bugs, should be a good enough answer.
Also, Iâm feeling fairly safe in calling you a liar about you typing that post in 10 seconds.

Sir, your good intentions came with a mask you didnât even bother wearing when you made the thread. Youâre too much of a hypocrite, especially at this point, to continue feigning some form of ignorance, that you seem to think will allow you to freely insult/disregard the community.
Now to actually mention something on point that needs to change is the bot security. While Iâm well aware that the multitude of drastic changes made to the Market and Trading system, since the official release of this game, is meant for the sake of protection against bots⌠it doesnât help. The company needs to make it a higher priority to find a capable software that will at least slow down the progression of the bots, or at least a less punishing yet more cryptic rule to the use of the Market.
Even with a Token, the wait period does not match the circumstances I am currently in with my progress, that demands that money. Iâm a level 61, depending on a level 15 weapon.
This is not just pure frustration here. Iâm legit wondering how Iâm suppose to follow the gameâs demanded progression, when itâs not made for me to progress properly.

Again, no one wants them to spend the whole day replying to peopleâs posts. That isnât what people mean by âIMC doesnât communicate muchâ (also the key word is much and not ever; there is a further distinction between what people want communicated and what actually is communicated).
My apologies for not timing the amount of time it took me to write my post, perhaps I was lying. 
However even if it took a whole minute I would still believe the benefits far outweigh the cost. I think improving yourself in any way that you can as a company (both business and consumer side) is really worth a lot in the long and short run.
