You think this is helping them, but actually it’s not.
Telling them they’re doing a good job is downright insulting at this point.There are a sea of problems with the game right now, and we’re getting fixes as if 1-2 people were left to deal with it all as a side project.
I’m sorry, but no, they’re not doing a good job. Heck, not even an okay job. But withholding the truth won’t make anything better, it will only serve to keep things the way they are.
There’s an extreme sense of redundancy in denying those that are angry or frustrated with the game. If you demand nothing but those that are already happy/positive, you’re getting opinions of what could be made better, but no one person that’d be able to voice a detailed opinion of what needs to change.
You can’t just have one side of the coin and be happy with it, it doesn’t work that way.
I wouldn’t consider “negative” feedback inherently negative in intent. I would consider feedback and criticism neutral. From your skewed perspective, it seems you can’t tell apart criticism from complaining, they might seem the same but people that aren’t trolling or trying to bump their post like you would see the difference. And seriously, stop saying “bye felicia”, it’s the most negative phrase I see in this post. “Bye felicia” implies that the persons life has no purpose or meaning, that they’re just a useless spec on this planet, that you just blow them off like dust, that their opinion doesn’t matter, thus, halting any meaningful discussion past your ending statement. If you want a positive open discussion, then stop being a prick yourself and maybe people will respect your post.
It seems he’s either very young or very immature or both. Or, it can possibly be that he’s not very bright and doesn’t understand what forums are for. Personally, I don’t know if there is a way to flag topics, but all he does is attack and belittle people, this post is toxic and his behaviour makes this community seem childish, but the truth is quit the contrary.

I’m currently enjoying the game even though it is not in it’s best state and I’m aware that there are many bugs that requires fix.
What triggers me is the fact that there are many players that create topics to complain about the same issues one day after another, most (not all) of them do not criticize it with maturity, they just whine over and over with all the ‘WHAT U DOING IMC, FIX PLZZZZ’…this upsets me so much.
Everytime IMC releases a patch fix the community gets angrier due to how petty the said changes are compared to the current issues some players are facing, specially the server instability from SEA and SA servers as well as the crashing game content, such thing drives people to think that they are not caring about the major issues.
I know they do not have the intent to upset the community but they should atleast deploy those minor fixes unnoticed if they have no major fixes ready.
The only thing I’d request from IMC is for them to be more communicative with their playerbase, that would settle things down in a good way and make the players feel more secure about their work.
Long story short, IMC has a lot to improve, A LOT, but I’d also like to see the community improving as well.
So yeah, white knighting.
