After installing “Shield Charger”, guild members will gain shields worth 100 HP every minute for a total of 6000 HP every hour or 144,000 HP a day. This shield serves as extra protection, and until the shields break, the guild member using this shield will receive no damage even when attacked. Because the shield will reset to 0 when one guild member uses it, you will have to discuss within your guild who gets to use it. This shield may be used in GvG battles, but cannot be used in Team Battle League.

Why not move quick cast to Wiz1 and shift 1 skill from Wiz1 to Wiz2

And give 50% attribute to GungHo and Swift Step. Everyone is happy and can get awesome damage at their base class rank and there isn’t a need for a DPS class to waste 2 ranks like they are doing now for a damage boost.

EVERYONE HAPPY (well except clerics … oh well you guys aren’t meant to dps in the first place anyways ^_^)

Then we have have a new meta DPS Wiz1>random crap1>random crap 2>Ele>Warlock.

Everyone strong SHIOK TTM WOOHOO.

So…

People go Wiz3 for damage boost everyone not happy. Archers and Warriors complain too OP as to why Wiz can get a damage boost and they dont…

Let every other DPS class get the 50% boost … also not happy. Say further ranks useless. Win liao lorh

Lets put GungHo and Swift Step to C3, so if people want to get the dmg boost they have to sacrifice something, just like how wizard sacrifice other ranks for a 50% boost. Fair enough?

Dont want to advance till C3?? Lose your 50% damage boost then WOOHOO

Magic missile is actually doing more damage now thanks to its % scaling, most skills are doing more damage actually.
