Anyone encountered problem when submitting the ticket in term of ticket get duplication and became 3 similar? And also sometimes the image uploaded only 1 but after submitting it became duplicate to more than 1? I cant delete/ edit it, so wanna ask if anyone also encountered this kind of problem?
