Hi… I opened a ticket 2 days ago and when I logged today, it was gone! The ticket simple disappeared!
It was about Server Moving and stuff and I wrote a HELL LOT of text explaining everything… But no it’s gone! What’s going on??

If it’s gone it means that
The issue was [RESOLVED]
It’s common to happen
try saving you text and spamming tickets
make sure the text is in English (do I need to say that?)

Well, if it was resolved, what was the resolution then? It should obviously be there for the users to read…
that’s exactly the point.
When imc says it was [RESOLVED] it has a different meaning from the common sense resolved.
(let me give you a “clue”: It means they don’t care and just deleted it)

A lot of people here on the forums where victims of [RESOLVED] issues including me.
