I am right now pretty speechless and am unsure what IMC even wants from me.
I had reported a bug on May 18th, on May 19th I got an answer and that they wanted me to make a video to see things better instead of just screenshots. So I did that, which was a pain because my computer can barely handle the game as-is. I replied to their answer one day later on May 20th with a link to the video.
And then there was silence.
I figured I would never get a reply. At the end of June, I stopped checking.
Today I saw that I got a reply on July 29th. All it said was - I quote - “We do apologize for the delay. We would like to inquire if the issue still persists? If yes, please do contact us again.”
And the ticket now got closed as “answered”. Which means I cannot reply to that anymore. No word about the video. Nothing.
Of course the bug still exists. I mean, that is hardly a surprise. It’s also not a small bug (it’s about legendary card summons for Sorcs not getting stat transfer via morph).
So…what do I do now? I mean, I can obviously just open a new ticket and toss everything from the old ticket back into there, but what would copy&paste do for me if it didn’t do anything the first time? How in the world am I supposed to react to that? Do I need to do more? What do they expect from me?
I am very sorry if I’m not getting something here; I am not a native English speaker and maybe I’m just missing the obvious. Can someone help me?
Like, seriously. This is the worst customer sercive I’ve ever experienced. I’m pretty upset.

I had feared as much - though really, the system isn’t the issue, the fact that they just closed the ticket is. Guess I’ll have to resubmit over and over… how fun… Well, I’ll keep at it.
