Tiberius Light Attack Quest Description Missing

Bug Description :
Follower Tiberius’s quest “Light Attack” is missing dialog text. The item given is also missing its item name. Some additional steps are missing translations (such as when used incorrectly).

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Pick up the quest and attempt to read the dialog.
2. When on the quest, read the item’s name or attempt to use the item incorrectly.

Thanks for the report. I believe this has been fixed on Github. We can expect an update soon.
