I went sword c3 and obviously until recently thrust never proc’d bleeding (even with max restrain). However today when I used a skill with a stun effect (Montano) and followed up with thrust poison would proc 100% of the time. Maybe it’s simply that restrain has no synergy with Thrust: Bleeding. Anyways that’s all.
