Best Shinobi build is like this:
Swordsman c3 > Highlander c2 > Doppel c1 > Shinobi
Weapon: 2H
Build order: Swordsman > Highlander > Highlander > Swordsman > Swordsman > Doppel > Shinobi
This gets 2H sword + Skyliner + Crosscut earlier
Doppel for stacking max Deeds then Bunshin for 5 clones = rape.
Also Cyclone while Bunshin is down
