Would really appreciate some feedback or maybe some tips for my build.
(this build does not have to be in a particular order)
Also, I am most likely going Sage at R8
I dont think sorcc1 will work well with cryo 2 kino 3
Maybe you are so greedy to choose many path 
Cryo 3 > Sorcerer 3
or
Cryo 3 > Sorcerer > Necro 2
or maybe
Wiz 2 > Kino 3 > Necro 2
These are ALL PvP builds, Cryo and Kino are only really recomended on PvP builds to be honest, Sorcerer is good at PvP too.
kino3 to hold mobs in place for summon, also summon to take agro, then ice wall + PP combo does tons of dmg
maybe i should add im already at cryo2,sorc1,kino2
IW + PP is not AoE skill, it turns to CC skills after 200+ content. I just remind that, but pick which is suitable to you
