So, how exactly do they work? Is it a totally random amount of random attributes? I thought it would just stack up one random every time, but is every scroll a full reroll of amount/type of enchant on that item?
idk, i bout like 5 and used them all on 1 hair accesory (bad idea) and they all overwrited eachother. i ended up with crit resistance.
Used a second on my goggles and it toally rerolled it, ended up
29 earth property attack
8 crit resistance
23 physical attack
Seems pretty good? >_>

100% Random. Pray to RNGesus that you get three good stats on an item. Have gotten 1 stat, 20x in a row before. Such bs.

And yes every reroll overwrites the previous one; with completely random outcomes.
