NPC Believer’s Spirit does not appear at Carlyle’s Mausoleum.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Go to Carlyle’s Mausoleum
- Start “Those Brothers” question from NPC Believer Gintas
- Cremate 8 resurrected believers
- NPC Believer’s Spirit does not appear
