This is the way of TOS supporter works?

Hi there,
After a long off-game time, i have came back to TOS to try the rebuild version. After testing, i feel very uncomfortable with my old favorite class - Dragoon, and decide to change to other class. I know there is a change weapon event, but i cant change my weapon (primus spike +13 trans 3). SO i make a ticket to ask TOS supporter to help changing the weapon, because Dragoon 2-handed class is worse build right now, and nobody want to buy my pike, althought with a cheap price.
Then the supporter told me i need to upgrade my weapon to trans 5 and then it will able to change. I followed him and spend all of my last money to upgrade it. Still unavailable.
Then i ask them again, and they said its cannot because every weapon was modified after update cannot change. SO WHY YOU TOLD ME TO UPGRADE IT TO TRANS 5 ?
Guys, i feel so ■■■■ up after this. I never got this feeling ago. I feel like i was ■■■■■■.

You both didnt read event details and thats the result

question is why u didnt ask players in game that alrdy exchanged their weapons

Pretty sure most of the people in their support department don’t play the game and only have template responses.

Note: This is valid only once per item. Only items that haven’t been processed (enhanced, transcended, added sockets, added Ichors, awakened or traded) are eligible.

  • Applies only to Legend-grade weapons (Velcoffer, Lolopanther and Solmiki) crafted or obtained before the scheduled maintenance on January 15, 2019.
  • Applies only to Unique-grade weapons (Asio, Wastrel and Masinios) of Lv. 350 and above crafted or obtained before the scheduled maintenance on January 15, 2019.
  • Applies also to other random stat unique-grade weapons of Lv. 350 or above that have been enhanced to +5 AND are at Stage 5 transcendence.

The support literally advised him to transcend his weapon. lmao
I’ve seen many people doing mistakes for not reading the patch notes or asking other players, but I can’t blame this guy. He contacted the support and received wrong advice.

it was a wrong advice that should be compensated if you ask me ‘w’;;;

still, a link was provided Owo;;

but the fact it was also misunderstood by support personnel that gave the wrong solution should be considered owO;;

If you look at the last photo, ‘‘weapons that are modified after the update is eligible’’.

However the advise from them to ask you to T5 is really misleading.

I know my mistake is didn’t read event detail carefully, because i think they change the BASIC of my favarite class, so they SHOULD let me change the weapon entirely, not way like this. But this supporter make my situation worse, and i have no reason to continue this game.

All of my money was gone, and my weapon cannot be sold, because Dragoon 2-handed is now dead. You can see in the market they are selling many 2 handed spears there. That also the reason i asked supporter to change my weapon.

Sorry, before i loved TOS alot, but now i really dissappoint about you guys. Both, the weapon change event and this supporter also. I really thought after the rebuild version the game will better much, but i have no chance to new beginning, because of your irresponsibility.

It is mostly towards their fault. They literally adviced you to transcend your weapon.

It’s like you go to a lucky draw which required you to spend $1000, but the organisers said you have to spend $2000 instead, and ADVICED YOU to spend $2000. So you spend $2000 and they still tell you that you are not eligible because you spend $2000 in year 2019 and only spending from 2018 will be considered. Even if the details were explicitly stated, the fact they adviced you to do something wrongly means they are at fault.
