now many youtuber in boss hunt will cant get any monetisation from this game 
uh oh, this is a real problem IMC should get around, youtube videos are an extremely important part for a game to become well known nowadays, I have no idea how it may be in Korea but they aren’t only there anymore and in the rest of the world youtube videos are an extremely good resource to promote your game.

if the artist of the song you are using has been dead for 70 years, you’re free to do what you want with it.
edit: just checked, you can (almost) use ‘Happy Birthday’ for whatever use now. The person who made the song died in '46, which will be 70 years ago at the turn of this year.

Money generated are for label music production not for youtuber, that is how a copyright work ! if you want to post your video without problem. IMC don’t care about this, because they have paid for copyright/licence but youtuber not for sharing.
Music like “happy birthday” are in public domain content, no problem with licence or copyrigth.
ah so even in 2013 the copyright claim was denied. Since then it’s been in public domain.
