This is probably the best Swordsman PVP build

Swordsman c3 > Barbarian c1 > Corsair c3
Why?
Combine Restrain lv 10 with Corsair’s pistol auto-attack for a ranged stun + slow (attribute from Restrain)

Steps to follow:

  1. Use Restrain then keep firing with pistol auto-attack from range (spam the C button) until stun procs.
  2. Rush in towards the enemy, switch your weapon to Sword/Dagger and use Double Weapon Assault.
  3. Destroy your opponent with dual wield attacks (which also procs restrain with a high chance).
  4. If enemy manages to break away, switch weapons back to Sword + pistol and repeat step 1.

Added bonus in group PVP - level 15 Iron Hook to disable enemy team for 19 seconds!

Actually I just realised how this could be broken - you are right.
Plague Doctor in the enemy team can destroy this build, priests with Stone Skin, monks with Golden Bell Shield, etc…

sounds fun. i dont agree with charging in though when its a 5v5. just keep stunning like a thug. 8)

wondering if shinobi clones have guns too? probably not but…you see where im going with this?

restrain is bullshit, you will get it later :smiley: iron hook does the job, but when players caught from a certain range, swordman will hardly do anything to the enemies :smiley:

if u go corsair c3 u can use hook for 19 seconds while u shoot the target, its probably a really good thing for pvp if ppl do it right.

This build is only good against people who doesn’t know how to PVP or against none Cata and none cc wiz players.

Like 80% of Cleric PVPers has Oracle or PD in their build so your not going to kill them.Archers that PVP usually have lots of CC and the stealth 1 hit combo.Wiz with CC’s would just have a better CC proc than your Restrain because Restrain doesn’t proc as offend as you think in game.Cata will just destroy you with mobility alone unless you get the RNG god by your side.

The only thing good is the Iron Hook because it can’t be cleanse nor prevented.

isnt the stun duration of Restrain 0,5 sec ? If yes than this build is bullshit! Since you can’t rush towards your enemy in 0,5 sec.

Does Restrain even proc on Off-hand attacks? I think that’s what one should be asking. XD
