Hey @DieHardLancer, have you provided them a video showcasing the item not working or something before? One thing I noticed from all the support tickets I sent them is that they don’t give attention to reports that do not contain videos and screenshots attached.
They also don’t pay attention to Tickets with videos.
According to IMC “Check integrity of game files” fixes everything and if it still doesn’t work then it’s your fault.

Falcon still gone crazy after use just 1-2 time. make ppl who have falcon c1-2 feel like it pretty useless.
Musketeer’s snipe bullet random miss because of position bug.(same as priest resurrection)
something like area effect still have bug a lot (mob move thought barrier if it’s not on flat floor)
see ? it pretty crazy bug but still don’t got fix yet…
all of these things… have nothing to do with my demonas gloves…
