This Game has a GUILD WAR?
Not yet.
Though IMC has plans for large scale PvP, it is not confirmed what kind of PvP or when this will be implemented.

Sounds good, I had much fun in the WOE from RO perhaps its something like that.
The group pvp now is also not balance 
larger scale may take a long time to go.

Well if i remember correctly, they did confirm in a video there will be some kind of guilds war.
I hope they will.
