This game is spiraling towards its death not because of the server problems, but because of faulty core mechanics of the game regarding social aspects of trade, market, partying, guilds and so on.
Not going to elaborate on the same topic for the 10th time, by this time everyone should be already aware of those problems.
Connectivity issues will be fixed sooner or later, but what we really want from IMC to re-evaluate their approach to the problems I mentioned above.

And then what? Let the error persist again? Have you ever managed a web application before? Rebooting a live server is not something you want to do very often. To top it off, 10 minutes is being a bit generous. A server isn’t like your PC at home. You don’t just hit a power button and wait for the screen to come on.

Yes, turn off and on the servers. Because cold starts solve everything! Even things that need to be coded! It couldn’t possibly fail, what could go wrong?
Memes aside though, I can’t take you any seriously if you believe simply turning off the servers and turning them back on would actually solve what seems to be a semi-critical database bug due to lag and strain on the server itself.
