dunno, cant speak for others, but my last login is 3 weeks ago, after having 1000+ hours playtime
just checking the forums from time to time, if something interesting happens
but yeah, tree of restrictions doesnt seem to change

and out of that 1/5th no one knows how many are bots
and to top it off, every single game breaking issue is still in the game
so all the new players are going to quit for the exact same reasons the old ones did
