I’m asking this since a friend of mine convinced me to try the game and he told me to just ignore the quests and start leveling with him, so I did.
Now I’m level 150 and I don’t actually know if i should start doing some quests, if yes, which ones?
Just main quests (Yellow Ones). If you really want to do them.
There isn’t any good thing on doing those quests?
Aside some Main quest give +3 stats point not really tbh, some are special or triggered by something to give +STR or other stats.
You will need to complete a list of Main quests to unlock the Legendary card slot.
But until you reach Lv 315 I don’t see much of a rush to do them.
For now, focus on the Collections and exploration:

Collections give +some stats (matt, patt, HP, SP and so on) you can take your time in doing those since some require special items to be made.

Exploration will help you with EXP and also level your Adventurer Journal, which give you some nice stuff at certain Lvs.
If you really want to Lv through quests it’s fine too.

There might be one, not sure if it’s updated, I think it is, do a small search and you will find it.
Download, install and launch the JTOS Addon Manager.
Inside the manager, find “Better Quest” (displays all eligible quests for your character) and “Treasure Map” (shows treasure chests - so collections as well - on your minimap in each zone).
