I found out that Using Archer With MOUSE Mode Normal Atk SHOOT Faster than u Using KEYBOARD Mode while Moving and shooting
And when i use Kneeling shoot (Archer C3) It diden add any Atk spd for my Archer when i using Mouse MODE (UI MODE)
Is this a BUG?
Is like when i using MOUSE MODE i can have like PASSIVE Kneeling shot atk spd while Moving 
?
This is unfortunately due to animation delaying server side ASPD.
Animation is client side, so if you do animation canceling , you will attack as fast as the server allows you. Archers do benefit the most from animation canceling.
But the Kneeling Shot Atk Spd Buff is already useless than because i already shoot as fast as i can using Mouse UI MODE
