Can someone please point an actual fact of why:
Highlancer C2 with Corsair C1 focusing on PVP
is worst than
Highlancer C3???
Many people say: "If you don’t want to go Highlander C3, don’t pick C2."
The difference of power is so big?
vertical slash is pretty impressive.

i dont think you can hit vertical slash in pvp since everyone is moving XD.
Corsair is good cc for pvp.
Hl is bad for PvP.
You get CCed to death other class will kite you.
Or just… block you with a fulll con build.
