this is the right way… they say to people what went wrong and give a official apology to people
Gameplay Feedback, Game Bug report section, Game suggestion section. Everything has a place, after it is noted on the known issues at least wait for maint day to pass before making more thread about it. Is that not reasonable?
Friend that is PR, that does not make it right for people to bash, insult, and rage at them for not being fast enough.
