Also, I’m sure they send you an email within 3 days for each ticket.

at the first ticket they promised a “1~2” day refund

That’s spamming. Instead of reply in a same ticket, that guy create new one which will harm himself. They already warn you about creating multi tickets. Their system will list your problem by the latest tickets which will extend support time.
but after they answer the ticket, i cant reply the same ticket
to be fair, it is not possible to reply to an existing ticket, which is a pretty terrible oversight on IMC’s part.
I can reply to them directly in my email. Because there is one time they ask me to send more about a bot problem, and ask me to send in my email. @
